I specialize in providing attentive and sensitive listening through psychoanalytic, somatic and expressive arts resources to support personal development and transformation.
My approach is centered around offering a sensitive and safe space for individuals to explore their unique history and life experiences. Throughout attentive listening I accompany each individual on their self exploration and understanding towards their own truth and singular meaning.
